Message from the Barangay Captain

Madayaw!

It has always been my desire to share with my kabarangays and the rest of the Davaoenos the programs and activities we have been implementing to inspire you to do more for others in the spirit of public service. With the technology we have today, we have thought of putting up this blog site so that you will be informed of what our barangay, Barangay 76- A Bucana, has done for its constituents, whether you are here in Davao or anywhere in the world.

We proudly showcase to you our achievements for the past year of 2009, not to boast of our accomplishments, but to salute not only the barangay officials, employees and functionaries but also those private individuals within and outside of our barangay, who have whole-heartedly given us their support to implement and make these projects a success.

We are all born to be of service to others. Public service stems from one's self. Public officials like me lead you in creating programs for the betterment of the people, however, such programs will be insignificant without your participation and concern. So let this be an encouragement to all of you, to share even in thoughts and deeds, by actively participating in the implementation of programs for your barangay.

With all my heart, I can proudly say that I am very proud of my Barangay 76- A Bucana and my kabarangays. May we serve as an inspiration to you and to your barangays in the entire city of Davao and the entire nation.

Daghang Salamat and God bless us all.
